Refund & Cancellation Policy

FitCoach is free during beta, with no payments or subscriptions to cancel. This policy applies to any future paid subscription.

Cancel anytime

Open Profile and choose Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.

7-day refund on your first payment

If FitCoach Pro isn't right for you, email satulurideepak4@gmail.com within 7 days of your first payment from the email or phone number on your account. We'll refund it in full. No forms, no questions.

Renewals

Renewal payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it or if you were charged in error. If you forgot to cancel a yearly renewal, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days after we approve them. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.

Duplicate or failed charges

If you were charged twice, or charged but Pro didn't activate, email us with the payment ID from your receipt and we'll fix it or refund it.
