Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and FitCoach, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, for your use of FitCoach. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. Not medical care

FitCoach provides general fitness and nutrition information for healthy adults. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and it doesn't replace a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist. Food values are estimates and recipes vary. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication that affects appetite or blood sugar, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet or training.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for giving accurate information.

3. The AI coach

The coach uses an AI model and can make mistakes. It shows a confirmation card before it logs or changes anything. Check what it suggests before relying on it. Don't use it for emergencies.

4. Subscriptions and payments

FitCoach is free during beta. No payment is required. The terms below apply if you choose a paid plan when one becomes available.

• FitCoach Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay. Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Profile. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Free trials don't require payment details and end automatically.
• If a renewal payment fails, Pro may stop after a short grace period.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse FitCoach. That includes trying to access other people's data, overloading or reverse-engineering the service, scraping, or using the coach to generate harmful content.

6. Your content

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve FitCoach, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep FitCoach available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, FitCoach is provided “as is”. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we'll explain why where we can.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. This doesn't remove any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
